I just returned from a wonderful cocktail party to kick off The Race for the Cure! Besides the great food and cookies with pink M&M's, I received so much inspiration. My new friend, Nancy Healey, the executive director at Susan G Komen introduced me to so many women who like me in their 30s got breast cancer and they are now taking the world by storm. It makes me feel so much better to know someone else can relate and I will be in their shoes 15 years from now and sharing my story along the way.
Thanks Mommy, Dawn, Gianine and Jess for indulging with me!!
It is not to late to walk or support me for October 4!
