I did it! Today was treatment 1 of 12 of my new drug taxol!! We are in the home stretch. So far I am feeling very sleepy and woozy but that is from the mega dose of benadryl, xanax, ativan and steroids that they give me first.
The plan is that I will not get sick from this, my stomach will start to get better, my hair will start growing back although my eye brows and eye lashes may disappear (so i will look like a muppet) and i will start getting more energy back. I am all for any of this. Though I would love to keep my eye brows but if it is the worst thing oh well. We should be able to say good bye mouth and throat sores and hell0 fruit and tomato's!!!
All I can say to cancer, is I am kicking your ass!!!
